GREAT PILLOW
Highly recommend this pillow, especially for CPAP users like myself. I’ve rested & slept so much better since purchasing it. I was skeptical at first, but is well worth the purchase. Kr in TN

I like better than I thought I would
This pillow was firmer than I expected when I first tried it. But, once I started using it for sleeping, my opinion changed. Not only was it comfortable, but I didn’t wake up with any neck pain. What's more, the notches in the pillow are helping me reduce leaks from my nasal mask.

Good Product & Responsive Seller
Took a couple of nights to get used to the pillow but it definitely helps me sleep on my side with minimal leakage from my CPAP machine. The seller has been very responsive to my inquires. I would recommend this product.

The pillow made a difference for me.
This is the first pillow that has improved my sleep with or without CPAP. I’ve experienced less mask problems during sleep. I have also have fewer apnea events per hour since I started using the pillow. My CPAP showed 8.8 hrs of use last night with great mask fit & 4.0/hr of AHI. I’m 230 lbs 5’10’’ so I not a small guy. But the pillow enables my head to be in a positive head neutral position no matter if I’m on my back or side. It may not work for everyone however it’s working great for me. BTW: I use a full mask CPAP.

Very comfortable, the side designs for the cpap mask could be larger.
The pillow is very comfortable and the contoured main body is excellent for good head position while sleeping. I would rate the pillow at least 4 stars, except for the me and my cpap masks (small size full mask) I would still like the side design cut outs to be a little larger, so I can actually use the middle of the pillow instead of just the ends.John @ VA

Comfy
Very comfortable and is holding its shape so far. Definitely keeps my Cpap headagear stable all night. My only issue is that its too thin, I end up needing another pillow underneath or my neck isn't comfortable but I have broad shoulders.

Very comfortable for use with CPAP.
Finally, I can sleep with my new CPAP machine. I'm a side sleeper, and I use a full-face mask. After trying several masks, the full face was the most comfortable, but sleeping on my side, which is the way I've fallen asleep all my life, was impossible until I got this pillow. I first thought I would have to send it back. I thought the smaller side would be the way for me to go, but once I started using the big end, it was smooth sailing. I highly recommend this pillow.

Nope. Not for this side sleeper.
I guess my neck isn't long enough but there's no way I could get the pillow under my neck (NOT partially under my shoulders which caused me to wake up in pain) and still get my head to rest in the middle with mask close to deepest part of side cut away area. The pillow is too deep from bottom to middle. My hose has never been much of a problem except needing to make sure exhale vents are unobstructed which hasn't been difficult given natural distance between nose & pillow. My main reason for getting this pillow was to take pressure off side of my face so mask doesn't leave marks and be more likely to leak. Not being able to position my head comfortably where the mask has nothing underneath it, defeats the purpose for which I bought this pillow.I gave it 2 stars because it arrived promptly, was well packaged, and is a high quality pillow. It just doesn't work for this normal sized side sleeper. It looks great for back sleepers but they don't need side cut outs.(A very close look at product pix actually reveals the issue: the model is wearing same color as pillow so it's difficult to see that for her head to reach pillow center the bottom has to be partially under her shoulders. And mask position in before & after pix is virtually the same vis a vis lack of a space under the mask and front of head).I came up with my own DIY solution that is less expensive, easy to arrange & clean, flexible, comfortable and most of all, keeps pressure off face. Via 'tiers', it also gradually elevates my head as recommended for apnea.SEE ATTACHED PIC: The two big pillows are fairly thin regular foam and the small top one is memory foam (e.g. travel/camp size). Its small size means there is firm support where I need it (back of head to just in front of ears) and nothing underneath front of head. No leakage and minimal strap marks & facial wrinkling. Hose & exhale vents completely unobstructed.Works for me. I'll be returning the CPAP pillow.
