Dog enjoys
The media could not be loaded. Dog liked this Kong toy. He’s a large dog and he plays rough with toys. This is still going strong after a month, small signs of wear where he grabs it with his teeth but still fully functional. Keeps him well occupied but isn’t so hard he gets frustrated. Can be noisy being thrown about as it’s hard plastic. Most treats fit, as does his kibble. Good value for money. Middle unscrews for easy cleaning.

Not impressed, flawed design I feel.
I have a love for this brand. Some fantastic products. This not being one. Outer rubber ring is fantastic! Same kong quality as one would expect. Blue ball was dismantled and destroyed within 10 minutes of opening by a 5 month old labrador. Rendering the entire product ultimately useless. Had to take it off her to avoid any potential damages to the dog.Thoroughly unimpressed. This was only delivered a few hours ago and has been on my desk since. Zero stars would be applied if possible.UPDATE: Did take out the blue ball completely and left her with the rubber outer ring. No, absolutely do not do this. The ring is hollow and easily broken. Leaves pretty sharp shards that actually cut her mouth. This is the last time i get anything from the brand i once had so much love/trust for. Disgusting.

Great Product, My 31kg Lab Loves This.
I've had this for a week now and used it 3 times to give my Guide Dog his kibble at the end of the day. He's a large 31kg Labrador and he loves this toy. He doesn't seam to get bored of pushing it around and playing with it to get his food rewards out. It keeps him busy for a while. It is a little noisy yes but that's to be expected on wooden floors and when it hits walls etc as it's made of strong solid plastic.I like how the central ball unscrews in half so you can either put the food in quicker or take it out if the dog is struggling with that last piece of kibble that just refuses to come out lol.

Not Landshark proof
I've only given this to my dog twice for about ten minutes each time and it's already completely covered in teeth marks on the outer ring and I feel she could probably break through it if I left it with her for too long. All the rubber kong toys I've bought her have lasted extremely well, I'm not sure if it's because this is plastic or what but it really is not as durable.Dog still likes it though. Would be a great toy for a dog less inclined to chew everything up. Mine is a GSD x Malinois though to be fair so very few toys don't get destroyed by her.

Labrador destroyed it in 10 minutes
The item is well made as expected but our 6 month old Labrador destroyed it in under 10 minutes.Need to find something else…..

Badly designed, not the quality I expect from Kong toys
I have a Geman Shepherd who loves puzzle toys but this one did not meet my expectations. The lip inside the ball to stop the treats just falling out is too high so he couldn't just roll it to get the treats. He then started throwing it, the ball is made of a really hard plastic so I ended up fearing for my wooden floor!I ended up having to break off one of the pieces to allow the treats to come out more easily. The ring surrounding the ball, in complete contrast to the ball is made of extremely soft plastic and just carrying it around leaves teeth marks., it wouldn't withstand any chewing. In my opinion it is a very badly designed toy, the plastics used should have been the rubber 'bouncy' type and the lip around the hole should have been lower so that treats drop out as the dog pushes it around, rather than flinging it around as my dog resorted to doing.Would not recommend, there are far better treat dispensing toys!

Great for None-Chewers and small breeds.
Firstly, my dogs are not chewers. They have never gnawed through any toy ever.I got the large size, though it was much chunkier than expected and my dogs are small terrier breeds. But this actually seems to have the added advantage that it's too big for them to pick up in their mouth and drop/crack/smash on the laminate floor. However, it is not at all heavy, so the dogs can push it about easily enough and it doesn't bang or clatter if flipped over. The ball in the large gyro is just a bit bigger than a large tennis ball. It has a finger sized hole for the food to drop out of. This hole has a staggered lip on the inside, which makes it a bit more challenging for the dog to get the food out. It also seems to stop the hole getting blocked, and prevents too much food falling out at once. One of my dogs is a smart cookie. The other one is . . . not. But both seem to have a good time with this toy, though they were initially a bit tentative of the size. Temptation soon won out, and they get braver with the toy each time they play with it.The ball unscrews to put the food in, and for cleaning. It screws and unscrews easily by hand, but the dogs have not managed to accidentally open it (something cheaper puzzle balls do, which spoils the fun). The red belt is a hard plastic, but light. It's too big for my little dogs to get their teeth around, but I could imagine this being an issue for bigger dogs that chew. KONG should probably release a heavy duty version with a red ring made of the same tough chewable rubber as it's original KONG range. The red ring is a hard, hollow plastic. The blue ball is a hard, transparent plastic. You can see how much kibble is inside the ball without needing to open it. It is surprisingly light. My two chihuahua X JRTs love shoving this toy around the kitchen with their noses, or smacking it about with their paws. It works well on smooth floors or low pile carpets. They're too small to pick it up, but they do gain quite a turn of speed on a smooth floor. The Gyro has been smacked about with paws and bashed into the walls a lot, but it doesn't seem to have taken any damage. It also hasn't left any damage on the hard furnishings. Always a bonus! It's really easy to clean and dry.A big hit with the furkids.
