Q: Is there a monthly monitoring fee?

I suspect there is, we bought one but realized you would have to have a complex of rentals with wifi. All our units are scattered out so we bought a unit that uses co2 to draw the bugs in. When a unit becomes empty we set this unit up for 4days and then watch. I think its called a night watch

Q: How is this powered? is it 110v or do i need a usb port?

Q: Would i have to purchase this product for each bedroom?

For optimum results, we recommend 1 device per bed. However, depending on usage of the rooms and amount of the transient activity you may focus installations on the main bedrooms with the most use. The reason for the 1 device per bed recommendation is due to the Lure within the device has a range of approx. 2 meters. Thank You, Shelby Smith, Director of Client Services

Q: What happens if the box loses the Wifi connection? Will it automatically reconnect later? And would emails go out after it reconnects?

The device will store the Wi-Fi credentials and in the case of Network loss, the device will reset itself and reconnect to the Network. Emails would then go out if there was an Alert during the outage. You may also view the status of your devices at all times via the Delta Five Dashboard you will set up after your purchase.
