I take probiotics every day and these are great. Easy pill to swallow, don't stink or taste weird and they are gentle on my stomach. Overall, very happy with these.

I was excited to try these probiotics, as I like that they come with cranberry and pomegranate. I take a probiotic daily, and I always mix it up so that my body doesn’t get used to one type of probiotic, and it becomes ineffective. I was excited to try these, as they are geared towards women, which is nice. I like the additional herbs and natural vitamins that are included in here. I did very well with the transition to these. I feel like they were very easy on my digestive track, and I did very well while on them. I would definitely recommend them for women, but I don’t think it would be bad for men either.

So I was very surprised to find this offers 50 billion CFUs, definitely not holding back. The only problem here is they don’t breakdown the amount per bacteria strain. As mentioned below, each bacteria delivers its own purposes, so knowing the quantity of each can help better understand if this product is the right fit for an individual’s concerns.Ingredients & BenefitsThe intended benefits of this product include overall digestive health, feminine health, and Immune system support. Researching each Ingredient shows that those outcomes are supported, and much more. That said, $30 a month is a bit high for my budget so I’d like to see it cone down a little.SourceWhen it comes to nutrition, it’s especially important to know the source and in my opinion even more important when considering probiotics. The manufacturer of this is Korea Ginseng Corp (KGC) in South Korea, and apparently is a major brand in ginseng. The company is 120+ years old and has a US headquarters but I couldn’t seem to find the location. However I did discover the company haa numerous store fronts throughout the US as well. It appears the probiotic is manufactured in Korea but distributed out of Cerritos California.Anyway, I say all that for sake of knowing that this is not a small foreign company, so at this point I agree that they are prominent in health and natural healing, I would just prefer to know more about their probiotic production.Finally I’ll mention that the expiration is nearly 3 years out so I’m happy to see that I’ve received a recently manufactured product. Probiotics include live bacteria so this is a very key factor.

I was pleasantly surprised at how effective these probiotic supplements are. These probiotics have worked great with both digestion and vaginal health issues. My digestion system is more regular and I feel that the supplements are really helping with bloating and gas. I also think that my vaginal health is better and I feel more confident.The recommended dosage is 2 capsules a day. They are easy to swallow and do not have a taste. At this time, a serving is about $1 a day.

Capsules are neither small nor huge; having a full glass of water helps. The addition of Zinc is a plus, but if you're taking Zinc separately, you'll need to adjust its levels. So far happy with this probiotic mixture.

Took two capsules each morning and felt great. Less bloating and I just felt better. I notice the difference when not taking probiotics and then taking these for a month. I am a fan and so is my irritable stomach!

With having auto immune issues, and after having five children, I have struggled with hormone imbalances as well. I have always been one to take a probiotic daily, but I figured I had nothing to lose switching to a female specific formula and Hope said it would aid in multiple areas of need. That’s far I have been very happy with the supplement.Well, this isn’t the most affordable, probiotic on the market, coming in at just under $25 at the time of review, with a 60 capsule supply and dosage being two a day this is only going to last you 30 days. While I do it, wish it was more cost-effective, I’m still going to continue to use it for a few months to weigh the benefits out for the quality ingredients in this product.

Other probiotics I've taken, I can feel the difference but this one, I can't. I've been taking it for two weeks now and feel no difference at all. It anything my stomach has been worse. I'll be switching back to my previous prebiotic/ probiotic
