On off switch
I previously used a 15 amp switch on a charger requiring 15 amps, the switch melted in about 2 months. So far, (3 weeks) this 20 amp is holding up. I like these switches because they save you from having to constantly plug/unplug appliances.

Wonderful concept, faulty equipment.
Wonderful concept. The design is one that would keep the cord out of the way. However, the switch was faulty and would start to blink even when in the off position within minutes is plugging in. The switch also had openings that would allow moisture in.

Disconnect my car charger
This is very handy to disconnect my hybrid charger when I'm not using it, so it does not have to be connected to power all the time, so I think it will extend the life of the charger and save on electricity consumption

Works great for my application
The switch being midway is optimal for the plug and outlet for my Glowforge power vent, now east to reach and does not block second plug.
