I like
I love these cameras so far. I purchased these because I'm living alone with my children now and want a sense of security. These were easy to set up and pair to the hub. Hint: set up the hub 1st then pair the cameras to it. The instructions are simple and easy to followMounting was easy even though I'm terrible with tools. Once paired, set up, & mounted you can easily control different functions within the app. The app is easy to understand and navigate & don't forget, FREE! The picture is crystal clear & you don't necessarily need to get the paid subscription for cloud storage. I simply delete unnecessary videos & keep the ones that might be valuable until they're not, which saves a ton of space. I didn't purchase the solar panel charger so every month or so I'll have to recharge until I do. I had to recharge my front porch's camera last night & after doing so it wouldn't sync again to the hub. I tried a few things but nothing worked & eventually all my cameras & the hub went offline. I contacted Noorio (mind you, this is a Saturday afternoon, CDT) through email and they responded within a few minutes. They kept giving me things to try until it worked. They were pleasant and very helpful the entire time and, for me, this is what wins me over because quality customer service is hard to come by these days. I'm back up and running and happy about it. These cameras have caught so much activity on my property that I've been able to resolve issues purely based on the crispness of the videos. I would've bought the doorbell camera but I set up one of the cameras on the porch until I got it. The camera proved better than an extra doorbell camera because it notifies me on my phone whenever someone is approaching, I can have a conversation with them, take a still shot of the person or record the interaction, & turn on the light or alarm through the app. Also when I'm not home I can speak to my kids through them in my God voice when they least expect it! Hehehee... I'll purchase more cameras soon and the solar panels so it'll eliminate the need to recharge. The only reason I haven't bought them is because the panels are so large from viewing pictures in other reviews. I think this takes away from the cameras being inconspicuous although it does take alot of thought & effort out of maintaining the camera system. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this purchase. I haven't had these cameras long and it's been warm outside. I'm looking forward to how they'll hold up during inclement weather and the winter and will update if there's a change. Go ahead & try them.

This is a great system!
This system is really easy to set up and customize. There is plenty of storage, and the battery life has blown me away thus far. The magnetic mounts are very strong; however, I am using old mounts from an Arlo system that matched up perfectly (and I did not need to do anything to install them).I do not pay for the cloud subscription, and the need to pay for it is not really there unless you want to view the notification video faster.Picture quality is excellent day or night. Detection is very good for a cordless system as well. The value is unbeatable.I will update this review should any issues arise.

Final update after a year with this camera...04/11/24
Final update 04/11/24So this year has brought numerous headaches with this camera. Enough headaches that I have dropped my review to 1 lonely star. I quit counting the number of times this camera has gone offline. In fact it was the fact the camera went offline yet again that reminded me to update my review. I got tired of counting the offline instances. If this camera cannot operate 6 feet away from a panoramic high speed modem then noorio needs to go back to the drawing board and fix the issue. I have cheaper brands that are operating beautifully 150 feet away from my modem and they don't have an external or boosted antenna. You advertise that even if your internet goes down the camera will continue to function. There are two major problems in that area. The camera will function but you can't change any settings or modes on it because you're not on WiFi with it. So if your camera is in an alarm enabled mode the siren will go off constantly with no way to shut it off. This eludes to the second major issue-once this camera goes offline it will not reconnect itself to the network again. When contacting customer support on the issue their method, and the only method that works, is to reset the camera. So not only do you lose whatever recordings you were saving on it you also lose any and all recordings that the camera was capturing during its so called period of working while the Wi-Fi was down. Due to resetting the camera you lose all the settings you had used the app to customize to your needs as well. Also let's touch on firmware updates for a moment. The camera will refuse to install them. Flat out refuse. Then without the updates the camera ceases to function. Customer supports answer to this? You guessed it....reset the camera. But does one resetting work? Not at all. You'll be forced to reset the camera multiple times to try and get it to accept an update. None of the other 4 brands of my cameras have these kinds of issues and they're all half the price of this Noorio. Speaking of customer support... Those guys will drag out the problem rather than warranty your camera out. This tells me they know any replacement they send is going to perform just as poorly as the camera you already have. Another issue with this camera is image quality. Anything outside of 20 feet from the camera is so grainy you won't be able to see someone's face or read a license plate. It's abysmal. Color recording at night only works once the camera's floodlight comes on. The recording begins in black and white and switches to color only once the light comes on. When it switches you get several seconds of nothing but the recording of glare. This loses precious time when someone or something that doesn't belong is on your property. In closing this camera, its issues and a sadly ineffective customer support division turn this item into a heavy ball that at least my dogs will enjoy. It's an awfully expensive dog toy in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and go buy a different brand as this brand is beyond pathetic.Update 11-1-23:So I'm back with an even more honest opinion on this camera and why I've knocked it down to a 3 star review. There have been some pretty serious bumps in the road with this camera. About 2 months ago the camera kept going offline and wouldn't stay synced to my phone or the WiFi. I went through all the troubleshooting steps many, many times. I cover myself very tech savvy. I removed and readded the camera to the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times and so on and so on. So finally I called Noorio. Their customer service is the only reason I didn't make this a 1 star review. Not only did they get me the answer to the problem, they checked back with me numerous times to see if the camera was working as it should. When we were finally able to diagnose the problem I was able to have my security back. Unfortunately the solution to the issues was why I knocked the review down from 5 stars. My apps are set to update automatically. The app was functioning fine. However the camera itself, even though it's a WiFi camera, does not update automatically. The spot to find where to update the cameras firmware is in a very obscure spot in the app. Also in order to 'fix' this I had to lose all the recordings I had saved on the camera. Lesson learned. I now download the ones I want to keep to my phone. That brings to light one of the other issues I've had with the camera. It doesn't like to allow my phone to connect to it. I sit less than 5 feet from my camera on the other side of a window. I constantly get errors asking me to retry connecting again. Over and over and over 😑. I go outside with my phone less than one foot from the camera and get the same message a LOT. It's maddening. Now for my last issue ... The serious lag in notifications from the camera. When I finally do get a notification I can't access what it recorded because it won't let me connect to the camera to watch the video. Grrrrr 😡. My Wi-Fi (I have gig speed Internet.)isn't the problem and neither is my phone or my Amazon tech that I have the camera linked to. It all boils down to issues with the camera. I had planned on adding more of these cameras around the outside of my home. However now I seriously doubt that's going to happen.I read a lot of reviews on a lot of cameras before settling on this camera. After all my gleaning from other people's opinions I knew I wanted a few things for sure... 1. I wanted a camera with local storage. 2. I wanted a camera with a floodlight. 3. I wanted a rechargable camera. 4. I wanted something with good night vision. 5. I wanted a camera with an alarm. This camera ticked all the boxes. It was so easy to install this unit. I charged it, screwed the base to the house, screwed the camera onto the base and 30 seconds later the camera was linked to my wifi and working. I'm really impressed by the unit. The battery lasts for months. Of course the length of time it lasts depends on what settings you use as far as sensitivity, motion and the use of the floodlight. The microphone sensitivity is another bonus as you can see in my video. The only thing I might could complain about this camera is the two way talk feature. It's kinda choppy. But the price point makes up for that. The biggest thing I wanted in a camera was local storage. I don't want to be stuck paying some strangers to survey my world. Uncle Sam taught me well how to defend myself and my property. I just need an alarm to sound to give me and my dogs time to react. This camera does that. It's an outstanding product at a seriously fair price. I plan on adding more of them around my home. You can't go wrong with purchasing this gem.

Great Indoor / Outdoor camera
I brought this Camera for my home. The set up is super easy, you basically just download the app and follow the instructions to connect. It literally takes less than 5 mins to set it up. The picture quality is superb with crystal clear night vision. The app is great and the motion detection works well. I also loved the magnet design where you can attached to any metal and voila it is done. You do have the option of drilling a hole and attached the base to any wall as well. The only caution is that if you are installing them outside, make sure they are high up and out of reach because the camera can be easily detached from the magnetic base. I love the versatile magnetic functionality, the superb picture quality and the app that comes with this camera.
