Packaging Damaged in transit
The Item itself is great. However my package arrived and appeared to have been stepped on or crushed by an unknown force. The product bottle, which is plastic, survived and I’m able to use it as directed. Works well: I like the results from the shampoos

This looks natural
My hair is white. My husband is much younger, but he hates seeing guys with dyed hair that’s obviously fake. This product got rid of the white, but just made it look like my hair was in the process of turning grey. No white left, but a mix of natural looking grey hues.

Perfect color for my husband (soft black)
Husband has fine soft black salt and pepper hair, he loves this for daily use. Is the only one that doesn’t make his hair look like he got brown low lighting (doesn’t turn grey hair brown) he loves it and I think it smells nice!
