Interesting project requiring patience
Well designed but patience needed during assembly. Some parts need encouragement to fit properly.

Seige craft
Never showed up.......but I did see one similar down the street being used by a boy scout troop trying to take over a KoC hall that the owner would not let them rent. Seige craft is perfect for these things I guess

Fun if you don’t mess up
Like many of the wooden self assembled devices, this will go really well for you if you make no mistakes. It’s a bit confounding and frustrating, but if you’re up for a challenge you can get it finished. The videos are helpful.

Awesome gift!
I got this as a gift for myself, and it's been such a fun experience. Over the past few evenings, I've spent an hour or so each night assembling it, and I'm close to reaching 70% completion. The small wooden pieces snap nicely out of the sheets, and I appreciate that it comes with the majority of the necessary tools. However, you'll need to get your own wood glue for assembly, which is inexpensive and readily available at any hardware store. Fortunately, I already had some from past projects. The instructions are generally good, but it gets a bit confusing around the halfway point when you start winding up the string. Fortunately, the mentioned YouTube videos proved to be incredibly helpful, demonstrating the more intricate steps. I believe this model is rated to take about 4 hours to assemble - I've personally invested around 8 hours so far, but I've been taking my time, finding the process both enjoyable and relaxing.I would unquestionably get this product again and am eager to complete it in the next day or so! This is an awesome project for yourself, a dad, or a friend.A suggestion for the manufacturer: Including a QR code on the instruction manual that directs users to the relevant YouTube videos would be a valuable time-saver compared to manual searching. Additionally, there are a few typos in the instruction manual that could be improved or better translated into English. Feel free to reach out to me, and I can provide suggestions and examples for improvement.

Really cool. Not recommended for actual warfare
The instructions are step-by-step. All parts were present. Made a very cool, functional scale model. Attempted to storm and conquer Constantinople but after attacking the city's wall I was told I could just drive or walk past the wall. Not for young children or those not mature enough to avoid eye injury. A few spots in the instructions require good blueprint and problem solving skills. I recommend examing each step visually on the picture before commiting with your model. All holes were predrilled. But if you do make a mistake it's easily disassembled. Have fun and see you at the next Crusade.

I was really enjoying putting this together until I made a mistake
Make sure that when you are assembling the box you have the braces in the correct directly. Unfortunately it is not made in a way that forces you to have them correct. It is still my fault but a bit disappointing. I do love that they have videos showing the entire pricess.
