I took Vitex about 18 years ago for polycystic ovaries, and in January 2025, I was diagnosed with fibroids. My doctor recommended a hysterectomy, as the fibroids were causing severe monthly pain, heavy bleeding, and anemia—my hemoglobin dropped to 9.Surgery was not a solution for me, so I decided to try natural options. I started with vitamin D for 3 months and applied castor oil to my navel with a warm compress, but unfortunately, neither helped. I then turned back to Vitex, hoping it might help with the fibroids as it had previously helped with PCOS.I’ve now been taking VH Vitex—2 capsules daily, first thing in the morning—for 6 months. Between months 3 and 4, I experienced an adjustment period: in one month, I had a prolonged flow that lasted 2–3 weeks, and the following month, my period came 30 days late. However, by month 5, my cycle was normal again.The results have been encouraging. For the past 3 cycles, my flow has significantly reduced, I’ve had much less pain, and I’ve even been able to exercise throughout my period—something I couldn’t do before.Most notably, my intake of Aleve Extra Strength has dropped from 8 tablets a day to just 1 tablet during my cycle.

This may be TMI, but if it helps others then it's worth it and I don't really care. So I turned 30 last year...And I have never had regular periods EVER in my life, I didn't order this to help me get pregnant, I ordered this because I used to go anywhere between 3-6 months without having a period my entire life until I turned 30, and then...I started BLEEDING every 2 weeks like clock work for about 8 months straight. I went and saw like 3 different doctors about the issue, and got ZERO answers/help for my problem other than them wanting to put me on birth control, which is just not something I want to do. So because of what I know about the human body from studying Esthetics, and the effects that hormones can have on the body, and because I already knew that I am Estrogen Dominant, I set out to help myself since doctors just couldn't seem to help me. First I read about the benefits of I3C, found a supplement and after about 2 weeks and tons of flatulance, I finally got relief from the bleeding, for about 3 months, and then...It came back worse to where I was just bleeding nonstop every day for 30 days and then I would stop and spot for like a day or two and then start right back up with the bleeding. Then, I tried a DIM supplement after going back and forth with stuff I read about how it's better than I3C and vice versa, yeah it did absolutely nothing for me. SO, I started digging deeper into my estrogen dominance issue, and up on doing research came across this GEM, and after reading through many positive reviews on it a few standing out to me about women regulating their cycles, I decided to give it a try. I gotta say, I have not been disappointed, I saw a difference in my bleeding within about 3 or 4 days compared to 2 weeks with the I3C, and so far it has remained consistant (I've taken it for about 30 days now) and that was without taking the full recommended dose at first. Now, I have not stopped bleeding completely yet, but at least I no longer have to keep feminine products on hand everywhere I go, and I can actually have a sex life again (my husband is grateful for that). I've also noticed that my mood has improved overall, I feel like I sleep better, and I've also noticed that my skin has cleared up quite a bit as well. I think it will take more time to tell how this will work for me long term, but so far it is helping a lot, there's not much about it that is negative, other than the pills are much larger than the I3C pills I was taking, and I will say that after taking it for about 2-3 weeks I did begin to experience some gastrointestinal issues that weren't very pleasant, but have since subsided so far and after googling chaste tree berry extract which is the main ingredient, that is known to be a common side effect that people may experience when taking it, and honestly in my opinion is a rather small price to pay and I would rather experience a bit of tummy discomfort than bleed every single day. Overall so far this has been a great product and the price point is good as well. Like I said, only time will tell just how well this will work out for me, but given the results I have seen so far, I am definitely going to keep using it for now and am hopeful that I will continue to see even better results later on.

After I started taking these Vitex+ capsules a few weeks after I already notice a difference. My cycle feels more balanced, and I’ve had less moodiness and bloating around my period, which is such a relief. The capsules are an easy size to swallow, and I like that it’s all natural with no weird aftertaste.The bottle is a good value for the price. Obviously, everyone’s body reacts differently, but for me this has been a gentle and effective support. Really happy I tried it!

This Vitex supplement has really helped regulate my cycle and made things feel more balanced. I’ve also noticed less PMS discomfort since starting it. The capsules are easy to take, and I’m very happy with the results.
