Will the straws work for Starbucks plastic tumblers?

The outside diameter is more than a quarter inch (I want to say 5/8 of an inch but I am bad with numbers like that so that may not be right). Keep in mind that you can always make the hole in the Starbucks top bigger if needed. It's a plastic lid so you can use any number of tools to make the hole bigger. If you are drinking hot coffee from the cup I would recommend getting some of the silicone straw tips as these straws take on the temperature of the drink rater quickly. So, with hot drinks, you could potentially burn your lips.

Could anyone tell me what angle the straw is curved at? Its looks maybe 45° ... Also... what are the lengths of the straw before and after the curve?

Unfortunately, I do not have protractor, so I cannot give you an accurate angle, but I think it is less than 45, more like 30 degrees. It is 10" before the bend and 2" after the bend. Will these straws fit into the opening of the top of the Stanley adventure quencher Tumblr 40 ounce?

Based on the photos of the Stanley tumbler in question I would say there's a good chance they would fit. However, that is just a guess based on photos. The straw in the photos appears to be rather thick. These metal straws are 9 MM wide. The info I can find for the replacement straws on the Stanley site says they are 1 MM but it's the hole in the lid you need to know about and I cannot find any info on that. I would suggest buying them and checking to see if they will work. While returning items can be annoying it is an option if they are not what you need. By the way, I would suggest getting a set of silicone tips. Metal straws carry the heat from hot drinks straight to your lips and even cold beverages can be awkward when your lips are directly on the straw. Not to mention you are less likely to hurt your teeth with the silicone tips than with the uncovered metal stray tip.

Would they fit in the gallon sized yeti? does anyone have pictures in the gallon yeti?

Doubtful as they are only 12 inches long - measure the height of the gallon and then look for straws with the length needed.
