I am very pleased with this product. It is well built, extremely well thought out and easy to use. It has obviously been designed and built to a very high standard with the interface and programming options well thought out.

I bought this in the summer before going on holiday. The electrics in our house can be a bit temperamental and we have returned home on a couple of occasions to find the freezer has partially or totally defrosted.Set this up to alert if the power supply was disrupted and added a couple of family members to the alert list. While we were away there were a couple of times when there were thunder storms in the area which caused the power to go off. This let family members know that the power had gone off and also that it had come back on. They came to the house to make sure all of the circuits had reset as the freezer in the garage is on a different circuit to the kitchen and the iSocket. On one occasion everything had reset, on the other one of the circuits stayed off.As yet we haven't set up or used all of the functions available on the unit but this is definitely one of the most useful items I have ever purchased. It has certainly prevented the contents of our freezers being spoiled.

Rock solid design and extremely reliable, if knowing when your supply is off at a remote location is essential and with the added bonus of numerous extra features then these are head and shoulders above anything else you can buy. They are programmed and controlled by text messages but there is now an app to make it easier. Have two of these and am very impressed.

The SIM slot is for a Micro SIM so yes one of those old fashioned large ones that nobody has phones that use them anymore. This is an issue as you will need to have an old phone with a Micro SIM slot in order to use the phone to configure the SIM PIN setting to "off". Some phones don't even have the software to allow you to do this, for example my old phone is a Samsung GT-S5230. So be aware you may get stuck like I have and now have a useless product. It would be so much easier if the product was manufactured with a Nano SIM slot.

Tricky to set up but good so far, not the best audio quality.

Great product , we have a chicken house , and this allows us to keep the chickens safe , if it gets too warm or cold and if the electric goes out , wonderful product , makes life easier.

Brilliant device. I have this plugged in our winterised boat and it’s freed me from worrying that electrical power from the dock may have tripped and the boat could be getting damp and mouldy. App works perfectly. Every boat owner should have one!!
