I have an older commercial cabinet refrigerator that I kept having to refill with 134a so I figured I would order this to see if the new tap valve would fix the leak.This one comes with the gauge and the tap valve so it was a no brainer.I took out the old valve and just put the pin of this one in the same hole. This one has a nice o-ring around the pin where my other one did not. It perfectly replaced the one that you see in the picture by itself on the refrigerant line.I pulled a vacuum on the line with my more fancy refrigerant gauge set and then I used the provided gauge and line to put in some stop leak, oil, and more 134a and for the first time in a long time the compressor is shutting off.I think this is a great little set just for the tap valve itself. The charging hose was nice because it is a pain to fill these with a normal refrigerant set up and this was just screw into the can and screw into the valve.Very happy with the way this thing worked for me!

Do not buy this item. It's made in China and it does not work.
