Another jigsaw piece
After the Netflix documentary this book adds so much more to understanding the Tools. For me they work. After talking passionately about them to others they report back months later that they work for them and it surprised them.I am not a psychologist or councillor. I am Dr but not a psychiatrist. I just have keen interest in human behaviour, mind and psychology. I like working on myself, challenging myself and thinking of new ways to approach problems. You know how people say “Oh, just be mindful” or “Focus on your well being!” This book has given me the How? to do that and most importantly, it seems to work! But how exactly it works, I don’t know for sure. All I can say is that I am inspired. I don’t believe the tools alone can help people who are in need for therapy or are dealing alone with trauma. Just like a pill alone is not enough to cure depression. But, as it says in the book, it is a Tool, one of many that can help you when other things cannot.

Great book and show
Loved the show and love the book. It is honestly the easiest way to make changed when you have ideas like this that make it a manageable thing to deal with. Anyone who feels lost and not sure how to help themselves, read this and watch the show and the tools it says to use really help in all situations in life

Excellent read.
A brilliant book on personal development that equips the reader with tools to overcome life's personal barriers. It is a most intriguing book that I would highly recommend.

Their work and this book truly has the power to change lives. I’ve done more in 10 months this year, than 5 years hence. Highly recommend!!

Brilliant
This book is absolutely priceless. The information in this book is actually life changing! I have read again and again in books about why i have certain problems (childhood issues,trauma etc.) however after reading so many books on why I have certain problems that awareness was not helping me to change my behavior and patterns. Although I would read other books and try to change my 'attitude' I would feel like a new woman for a little while but as soon as I was triggered by an event in my life my reaction would be the same (negative) and I would end up with the same results in my life (disastrous) which would cause event after event to happen trying to show me things about myself; and my reactions would never change, I felt stuck and hopeless, going round and round and trying to change it was getting to a point i was feeling no hope at all.. One day I was in the library and something attracted me to this book, now without sounding over the top I can honestly say this book is BRILLIANT. It's a must read if you want to change your life. It doesn't go on and on about why you have certain problems (although it does briefly mention), it actually gives you actual TOOLS to do when your in certain situations. Honestly, the information in this book (on every page) is absolutely PRICELESS. Amazing. I'm incredibly grateful to the authors :)

Some really practical tools which I found easy to implement in my life and my work, but I did find the higher force idea in fathomable, but admire the basic premise behind the ideas
