Good value for everything it contains
Seems expensive but it isn’t when you factor in buying every thing it contains separately. My husband takes half the dose (one multivitamin) and he alternates taking regular omega 3 with the red krill oil. Save money and feel like he’s still benefiting.

Does what it says. Felt a positive difference within days.
Since suffering a loss in the family my stress levels have been unusually high. Although overall healthy I started noticing heart palpitations now and then due to stress. I researched supplements and settled on this one, and I am glad that I did. Within a few days of taking these capsules I felt better with no more heart palpitations. I can recommend.
