Solid pad, nice paper

Amazing paper quality for gel ink and fountain pens
My mentor was very smitten by these notebooks and I bought a few to gift him then was tempted to try one and I can see why. The paper quality is amazing, it works most perfectly with gel inks though I have used some fountain pens on it too. The paper can be too glossy for some types of pencil leads.The cover can glisten in daylight ( it has some sort of very fine glitter) so I would prefer a notebook with fully mat cover but it's not a deal breaker for me.

best quality paper
This is by far the best notebook I have ever used: the paper is silky smooth, it does not absorb fast so you do not get blobs of ink. Bleedthrough is almost non-existent. The paper feels nice to write on. The cover has some metallic effect so it shimmers when light falls on it. I have been writing in this notebook with a Lamy Safari with an EF nib. Definitely worth it.

Fantastic for fountain pens. Notebook opens flat. At 192 pages for paper of this quality it's a steal as well.

Best paper you can get.
Have had several of these and can never go wrong. If you’re using fountain pen and looking for quality paper then this is it despite the insane inflated prices given the import from Japan.
