Its got a great taste, doesn't clump in my shaker, and doesn't stick to the glass when I'm done. In fact, it expands and blends a good bit and makes a nice, smooth shake that tastes good and doesn't take like plastic sugar. Most importantly, I've been seeing results too. By far, most important in any workout routine is consistency and then good form. But good supplementation makes it possible for your body to have the building blocks needed to get results. My muscles have grown a bit in size but also I've noticed consistence performance increases and keep adding weight to the bar. Overall, I'm very pleased with Levels Grass-fed Whey Protein Powder and highly recommend it to anyone.
