I just bought ours second hand, would be keen to hear whether it is indeed supposed to have two wheels powered by the pedals. Since ours also only has one.

Yes, but older sibling helps show the way! Taken until 3/4 years old to use efficiently and happily, but the grow so quickly so sooner the better!
