Not all the stones are semi-precious, the brightest ones are artificially colored whatever, but most of them are actually what they purport to be: jasper, rose quartz, malachite, etc. I loved that there were clear and translucent ones in the mix, as well as darkest black ones. Not sure if these were actual onyx, but the kids who love black were glad to find them.For this number, you are probably making quantities of jewelry items to sell, or you have a group project in mind. In the former case, these make nice necklace pendants or accents in a larger, complex arrangement.If you are scientifically inclined, these can be made part of a sorting game, along the lines of a Montessori School activity.For group crafting projects, they provide lots of options for a variety of likes and inclinations. If you can get ahold of inexpensive but sturdy chains, the group can make necklaces ; if they do not have to match perfectly, ear rings are another option. Making pendants for energy work may be another good possibility.

Wow! I often wonder why people complain when you buy bulk, number one, and number two, when you are dealing with natural materials that are not man made. Just were highly colored clear glass perhaps. These matched perfect though and I will use them for kids, BFF or Mom and daughter sets on silk cords. Or, they are so colorful use for a nice Chakra set.I definitely would recommend if you are flexible and creative, all are usable and the price is amazing!

Excellent value and quality stones!!! I’m very happy with them ….. Just add chains to make wonderful Christmas gifts for my daughters and granddaughters too…. I recently went to a local fair and saw similar crystal charm necklaces for 30$ each, I can now make sets for far less!!! I’m ordering the chains to get a jump on the holidays! I’m very pleased with this order!!!!!
