Great product, I had to remove an old patio with heavy concrete slabs (60cmx60cmx3.5cm) 25kg each. Without this tool it would have taken much longer and not been as safe! Also lifting did not put pressure on my back and I did not ache after lifting 50 in a day! Only criticisms are the handle has two positions and one of the holes was not aligned properly. A few of the slabs were angled and it struggled to grip them, but managed to move them after a few attempts.

A simple well made, strong, lifting devise. The slabs I am lifting are 600mm x 750mm 50mm. Not sure on weight (35kg) The lifter grips and lifts them easily. Although sticking a bar or the manufacture bar through the handle two of you would be easier than on your own.

Relatively expensive for what it is, but works well for vertically lifting and placing slabs, and really useful for removing a slab set amongst others without risking damage to the neighbouring slabs by using a lever Solid construction, which did not protest lifting 60cm square, 38mm deep concrete slabs Minimum 4mm joint required for the jaws to fit

Good tool for handling 3x2 slabs, takes good grip 90% of the time, ensure no loose debris on griping area. As these 3x2 are heavy, used 3X2 plank of wood throughout handle, to pick up and re-laid slabs, and also hung it from mini digger to lift slabs. No back ache.

I did use the slab lifter on 600mm x 600mm slabs, very heavy. I was doing my patio on my own and I'm 100% sure it wouldn't be possible to do it without the lifter. With the lifter it was very easy to lift the slab and put it in its place from the top, not messing your sand base. Also no such thing a chipped fingers.

Charging £15 for delivery and no option to leave in shed or re deliver - wow you really picked the wrong delivery company. On top of everything I had to go to the post office twice and pay for parking twice whilst doing so. No option for re-delivery. The product, well, it’s okay, handle should have been made larger so you can easily grasp it with two hands. All in all a bit rubbish and wouldn’t use/buy again. Especially with such poor delivery.

Der Plattenheber ist besonders für größere Platten sehr gut geeignet. Ich habe damit 60x60cm Feinsteinzeug verlegt mit einer Stärke von 18mm. Auf jeden Fall sehr rückenschonend, aber bei Platten über 30kg würde ich den 2-Mann-Griff empfehlen. Man sollte aber beachten, dass ein Fugenmaß kleiner als 5-7mm damit nicht möglich ist. Der Plattenheber macht insgesamt einen sehr guten Eindruck, ist stabil verarbeitet und tut was er soll. Aus meiner Sicht ist er den Preis wert, denn ohne hätte ich mich deutlich mehr abgemüht.

bon produit mais il faut au moins un espace de 7/8 mm entre les dalles pour passer les pattes, ce qui n'est jamais indiqué sur ce type de produit. Impossible à utiliser si l'espace est minime.
