Good product, strong WiFi signal
Very useful piece of gear. Although setup can be tricky using a SIM like GiffGaff where you have to load the access point info for it to work. Nevertheless it works well and is reliable. Make sure engine is started before switching on, otherwise it will switch off on starting engine.

Avoid this product.
Stuck in a loop where you are prompted to download the HUAWEI HiLink APP, it will not allow you to access any websites or do anything else apart from download the app from the adapter, the app is so old it will not work on the latest version of Android, trying the app on a Android 12 head unit does not work either, it fails to setup a guest network. Tried resetting it but that did not make any difference.

Works well for long journeys
Great product. Easy to set up. I used with EE data SIM card bought through Amazon. Keeps the children happy and I can run maps on my phone via WiFi.Smaller than I thought. Fits in palm of your hand.Have to remember to turn it on when the engine starts, but kids will remind you if you forget!I would suggest setting the SIM up the day before travelling as, although very fast respond, times may be longer at weekend and holidays.

Worked well and did what was supposed to. Very limited use and stopped working within 6 weeks.

Got this for the car and stuck in a cheap data sim.Great for long journeys to keep the kids tablets connected.Marked down a star as would be good if it automatically came on when you start the car.

This little beauty is awesome, a 240volt plug with 12volt lighter socket makes it usable in hotels.
This is a fabulous bit of kit. I had one on EE for years so I knew what I was buying. This is unlocked so you can swap simcards if necessary. I have an adapter which plugs into any 240v wall socket with a 12v cigarette lighter type of socket which means I can use it indoors, home, hotels etc.

Spent over an hour trying to decipher the instructions leaflets minute writing, the when attempting to activate the item it wouldn't switch on. + the QR. code won't connect to the correct app.

You need to power to run no battery in it
Brilliant item , we link our tv, sky q, 4K Blu-ray player and 2 iPhones to it at the same time. Providing you have a good signal from your network provider it works great.
