Great paste, super cooling performance
Easy enough to apply/spread and great performance from this paste.

Highest rated thermal paste of it's type - applicator helps a little. The size of the pot means if you are only a home user like me who only requires TIM every 18 months or so, it'll last a lifetime. (Although it's also good for replacing the TIM paste on your GPU's too).

Second time i have ordered now. Absolutely brilliant paste nice temps in idle and underload.I would not personally recommend spreading it with the spreader i find the usual pea/grain of rice blobs worked just fine however you are free to do as you please.

Thermal transfer from cpu to heatsink is perfect.
Used it for two HP servers, each with four CPU. So, 10g = 8 CPU. Thermal transfer from cpu to heatsink is perfect.

Excellent paste.
I really believe this is helping me with my Temps on my CPU and GPU, as i read a recent review which puts this TIM at no 1, mine are 23c CPU and 24c GPU Ambient is 20c!

High performance thermal paste
Using the GC-3 I found it above average and in my view one of the better offerings out there.I used to be a die hard Artic Silver 5 fan, which is a good paste but showing it's age a bit v more modern offerings.Testing it v AS 5 I found the Gelid was a few degrees cooler in both idle and burn (between 2-3 degrees) that's pretty strong performance wise. And there is no burn in time to worry aboutTip: I don't use the spreader to cover the entire die area and prefer the "dot" or "multi dot" method this ensures no air bubbles can get trapped in the thermal paste. Simply place a small dot in centre of the CPU (size wise smaller than a pea) and apply the heatsink, this spreads out the paste over the die/cover nicely. Some users prefer to put a mid size central dot in the middle and a few smaller ones around don't put the paste too near the edges if you use this method, whilst you can't really go wrong with the dot application method (it squeezes out any surplus paste around the sides) it will make a bit of a mess, less is more with thermal paste. This is quite a large quantity of paste compared to the smaller tubes and suitable for those who frequently do system repairs or building. If you just do occasional work on computers go for the Gelid tube which still has quite a lot of paste for the priceGood quality, works well and a very fair price gets a thumbs up from me
