Didn't last for 6 months
The filter was brought by end of jan2023 and by july first week the filter had to be removed and ordered for new one even the outside casing is rested and very hard to open and remove filter. I had to call a tech to remove it

Worst quality
Today replaced the old filter.the previous one only lasted for 2 months. This filter contains only two cloth type filters and some charcol opened the replaced filter and I am shocked. For rs.649 it contains nothing.

Product were not properly packed. Looks like received old one. dust was there. Easy to install.

Not sure of it works
I have been using the refill cartridge since a couple of months and my hair is back to being frizzy. It worked for the first time when I bought the whole filter, but the refill cartridge, hm, not at all.
