Accidentally deleted the App on my phone, which added it to my phone automatically when it was connected to the power. I can't remember where the instructions are. I have tried several times to find an App on the App store -trying various arrangements of the name but no luck! so I can't view my dogs when I'm out of the house.

Let me explain. I already had a M2X that used the app AiDot . I then bought the M2X PTR which uses the app cloud flare.These cameras look the same but the set up is slightly different with one having a glaring blue light mode and the other , not .I’ve not been able to get both cameras on the same app.The night vision didn’t work on my front drive because there’s a security light in a neighbours house that confuses it , so I’ve had to turn that feature off

Bought this camera, the Winees m2x 2k pet camera so I could keep an eye on my dog and record video on. Originally posted a review warning to others not to buy as there was no card slot for recording but on proper examination I find there is and I am now totally changing this review and have deleted all the comments regarding the TF card. The actual picture quality is really good, the digital zoom function is good enough as well and I get to see really good detail on my dogs little face from about 6-8 meters distance. Its a bit bulkier than other cameras which means it wont fall over easily compared with other makes, base is about 70mm dia and the camera is about 120mm high. The pan n tilt is a wee bit "not smooth" but certainly works. The whole unit still has a "cheap n brittle" feel about it but I guess once its located then you shouldn't really be moving it about. The supplied usb power lead needs to be a bit longer and I am a bit restricted as to positioning the camera because of this. The app you have to install on your phone to set the unit up is a bit clunky and instructions could be a bit clearer for those a wee bit unsure of technology. On the whole, I would say its worth the money when compared to the other cheaper units available. In fact I'm just away to purchase another unit for my kitchen !In summary, a nice little unit that fulfills my needs and lets me see my pets are ok when I'm out for a few hours. Have only given 4 stars because of the "cheap n brittle" feel to the unit but dont let that put you off.

Superb. So happy with this purchase. Follows my dogs around the room.picks up the slightest sounds. Wasn't sure before buying in case in app purchases wouldn't include the features I hoped to use as this was not made clear. The picture is clear, sound on live and speaker clear but with a second delay. So much more than I expected and less than £30! I would recommend this purchase.

Very easy to setup and use to check on your pets. Great value for money. No subscription needed or anything, if you are using it as a baby monitor or pet monitor, just plug & play.

Purchased this product due to majority of reviews on here was good. It’s okay for home use, we bough this purely to keep an eye on our dog when we are away for a couple of hours. You have to download an app to control the rotation and sound of the camera , it is easy and straight forward to use. Sound is not amazing, so when we try to speak from the app, the sound that come out of it is very robotic which scares our dog. It rotates well so we can see around if our dog moves from his bed. It has motion, human and noise detection which you can opt to have notification on or off sent through your phone. Can record video or photo for reference if you’d like to put this camera by your window. Overall, not a bad product for the price I paid.

Can see at night in dark and color during the day automatically adapts to light hear and talk with camera through phone works a charm x

I purchased this for £29 during a 15% off deal and am really pleased with it so far. Easy to set up using the app and we've all had fun watching ourselves on the app so far this evening 😂. I have it primarily for watching a sleeping baby during nap time and for keeping an eye on the cat when I'm out or on holiday. It has great picture quality and I like the fact you can zoom in and move the camera via the app. Can't comment on cloud storage etc as I won't be using it. All in all for a low budget camera you can't go wrong.
