Taste is very very Bad ,i am not able to take with water i am taking this protein with milk, not even test good in cured , if you want protein for taste don’t buy this if you don’t want to test good buy if no problem in it

Price,Mixing, digestion is good but the flavour is not that much great.

Value for money for beginners

I have used both the flavours, the chocolate one and the mango one , chocolate is some what good, the mango one is very disastrous, no flavour of mango, while mixing it with water, there is foam formed, even if you allow it to settle down for some time,it should go away or should be reduce in quantity, but that's not the ideal case, ek toh flavour kharab ( mango ), upar se foam, while consuming it, bhut hee ajeeb sa lagta hai, pura mouth foam foam hojata hai !!

Hi guys, I've been using whey protein shake in my diet for past couple of years and have tried several brands like MB, on nutrition etc. This was the first time I thought of trying Atom Asitis because of their superior protein availability per scoop. And several youtube videos where they show NABL certifications.The product as such is not that bad, however in my case and a few people I know of who have tried this product (namely my sister) developed acne all over my face and temple. This is definitely not suitable for me. Also, when I stopped atom asitis, the acnes went away. But as soon as I resumed it, they came back. I never had any problem with either MB or on nutrition. In fact I'd personally recommend on nutrition as it is very tasty and it doesn't have any side effect.

Taste is very bad ,post drink also it feels very bad , feels like stomach upset .Also can see lot of bubbles after mixing .
