yes mine was standard 15mill pipes and it came with two Flexi tap connections that came from the taps and on to the 15mill pipes hope this helps

How does one get a spanner up the small gap to tighten the two pipes to the tap block?

How does the warranty work on these as mine has packed up after 11 months?

If you purchased the tap from Amazon, then under the CCR (Consumer Contract Regulations), I believe your best bet is to return it to Amazon. If you purchased it from another supplier then you return it to them. Either of them ( The supplier) have the legal obligation to rectify the matter. CCR I believe is a better avenue to proceed rather than chasing warranties. The only problem you have is you may have to prove the tap is faulty.
