Stargazer Neon Liquid Eye Liner - Glow In UV - Neon Yellow

its awful, you have to do about 7 or more layers from it to be proper yellow it lacks a lot of pigment, i found aswell its very flaky and doesn't stay on for long. i found that out half way through my day i only had half on one eye and the other eye had completely gone. its not uv either, it wouldn't glow in snow!!!
