I have NEVER written a review for anything (okay, one book) so this should tell you a lot! I have fine, thinning hair. I got the Bellissima Supreme model because I liked the operating choices - low and high speed, 3 heat levels and Ultra gentle, which is a cool setting. And it looked like a better idea of what a dryer and diffuser should be. It is so easy to hold and maneuver . My hair drys more quickly. But the important part is the curls. It's amazing how much curl and fullness I get with this. I had a little learning curve as I figured out the best way to use it on my hair. Found some help from Erica at Coils&Curls.com. Now that I know what I'm doing, it's easy and my hair looks great. I usually have decent curl in the summer (yes, with frizz most times) but in the winter (which is what we are in now), I fight to get much curl at all. So now I have curls and very little to no frizz and it looks healthy and shiny. Eagerly awaiting the summer to see how it looks then! P.S. - I had just purchased a very expensive dryer prior to learning about Bellissima. Its blower is so strong that my hair just blew around and whatever curl happened got blown away. Useless. Pricey lesson (can't return it). But now I have the best dryer for my curly hair! I'm very happy I decided to give it a try. Having beautiful, healthy looking curls is wonderful!

I dithered about buying this hair dryer for like a year because I figured it couldn’t possibly be THAT much better than my (nice! expensive!) regular hair dryer with a diffuser attachment. But I was totally wrong!! When I started using it, people I see regularly noticed immediately—my coworkers and friends were like “your hair looks great, did you do something different?” This dryer throws a lot of heat without blowing much air, which seems to be the secret to how it manages to maximize my curls and volume with limited frizz. With my old dryer, I would only dry my hair about halfway to avoid blowing too much frizz into it as it got dry. With this one, I can get it almost all the way dry no problem. It also helps the sections of my hair that are especially stubborn about curling nicely (mostly my gray streaks) to act more like the rest of my hair and curl more uniformly. Somehow, my dry hair also feels softer, even with the same products and routine as before? I don’t know how to explain that, but it has happened consistently. On top of that, the dryer is super lightweight and easy to handle, and it’s small so it takes up less space in my bathroom storage. My conventional dryer was already one that was well-known and highly recommended for being light and compact, but this one beats it easily on both. I’ve already convinced a few curly-haired friends to order one.

How my hair usually looks I have never in my many decades of life seen anything like this on my head, so many curls from top to bottom, I swear I didn't quite know what to do with them in terms of styling (I have long mildly layered hair). However, this is a challenge I look forward to dealing with. I have used a dyson with diffuser, and a few other popular choices, but this one takes the cake. Some say it takes longer than the dyson, I disagree. It takes about the same amount of time if you have it at high heat and fan with occasional cool button. It is definitely only good for curly hair, but I find it dries very well. The cool button is not cold, just cool, which I thought was weird because I'm used to "cold shots" but maybe they are overrated? I did a lot of research and am convinced that the high heat setting and fan is still quite gentle on my hair because of how the blowdryer is constructed. Nothing blows harshly on my hair, my hair just sits in the large bowl and is gently heat dried. I could be wrong about that, but that is my opinion at the moment. It is definitely louder than the infamously quiet dyson, but it isn't louder than any regular blowdryer. It is so ergonomically friendly that I can comfortably do part of my yoga routine while drying my hair. It's much harder to do yoga with a regular blowdryer because it is just more in the way. Sorry for the serious yogis out there, I know I am not doing it correctly, but I am a realist. I either multitask or I do neither! I was kind of looking forward to not liking this blowdryer because my dyson was totally fine and I really could use the refund money right before the holidays, but oh well.....happy holidays to me. :-)

Very nice product! Though not much faster drying time than an average blow dryer, but great if you want to scrunch-curl your hair! Lightweight, so my arms don’t tire as easily. No hair gets burned. Classic look. Recommended.

I like the size and most everything about this diffuser, but a bit disappointed that it doesn't dry my hair as fast as expected. It actually dried my hair less efficiently than my cheap Conair drier, but my hair curls better which is most important. Just expected a better drying experience based on the price point.

I’m really surprised by how well this diffuser dries my hair with minimal frizz. It’s so easy to use and since my hair is short and thin it dries quickly but leaves it looking fuller and healthier. This is obviously my own experience using my combination of hair products but my DIL did give me a nice compliment on how well my hair looked!

I put off buying this for about a year because for me it’s pretty pricey. I splurged on it as birthday gift to myself about a year ago and I love it for my curly hair! My curls are defined, not dried out, and it’s dead easy to use. Don’t repeatedly scrunch with your hand like you would with a regular diffuser. Instead just carefully scoop up the wet curls into the bowl and up to your scalp and hold it steady for a period of time. Because of its shape, it’s much easier to use than a regular drier/diffuser combo. I have better control and the angle is less fatiguing to hold. The cord is looonng. This is great because I can maneuver it all around my head with out having to think about or compensate for the regular short cord. Size is small enough to travel with. Love it!

The blowdryer does a great job. The only thing I do not like is that it does not have a COOL setting.

I was skeptical because I haven't had great luck with a lot of hair dryers/diffusers in the past. My hair is super thin and fine, and most diffusers leave me looking like a flat frizzy mess. Pleasantly surprised with this small but mighty dryer. I needed something dual voltage to take with me when I travel outside the Americas without my beloved Dyson, and this did a pretty decent job. It's definitely less powerful so drying takes longer but the end result is actually presentable.

Cuando la prendí pensé que no sería buen producto por que casi no se siente fuerza, sin embargo no tengo idea de cómo trabajé pero redujo en mucho el tiempo de secado y dejó unos rizos espectaculares, de verdad muy buena compra, vale la pena el costo.
