Anything left over can it be stored and used again or does it all have to be used once open? thanks

Can be stored and used again, only complaint I have was once put on monobloc it definitely did not solidify, any wind and it would be blown out, and it didn’t stop weeds.

Can i seal the blocks after i have put the sand in or do i seal the blocks before ?

If you are going to seal the blocks I would do it before put the sand in. Although I have never sealed my blocks. Make sure everything is dry before you use the sand.

If i clean my paving with water will it wash our?

Yes it will wash out, you need to buy "Dansand No Weed Polymeric Block Paving Fix" which hardens.
