High quality product
Got it for nephew for birthday gift and the quality is better than Nintendo. Great graphics and so many games. My nephew loving it. Great purchase.

Device is PERFECT but the games it comes with? Not so much
I originally bought a rg35xxh and out of the box it barely worked for a day and then stopped charging. Was my first time trying to get a emulator so I was devastated but decided to give it one more shit on the more “premium” model and I can say with confidence everything about it is so much better then the 35xx from feel, battery, buttons, how smooth it runs gamesMy only complaint is because I’m not computer savvy so I don’t know how to put games on a sd card and the library of games it comes with isn’t very extensive (no god of war for psp, no Mario games, not much of any classic games period) but if you know how to put games onto it or buy a pre loaded sd it won’t be a issue at all, I’m running the base os and haven’t had a problem once! I love this little thing

Love it
Heads up, this console does not have a touch screen like its better versions, but it is plenty good enough to play any of your old favorite games

Ambernic RG353M, horibly packed, contents splayed all over the Amazon box. Left analog damaged.
Hi,I ordered this yesterday, received today. Great shipping spped overnight. The Amazon outer box was undamaged.Inside the Amazon box however, the Ambernic box was not sealed in any way, and there were no packing materials to prevent damage / the ambernic box from bouncing around the Amazon box.Once I opened the Amazon box the contents of the Ambernic box were strewn about - there was ZERO Protection. Bubble or inflatable packing plus a piece of tape would have gone a long way towards properly handling. I am not at all impressed at the lack of care in shipping an expensive deivce.Initially after powering up, and presumably becasue the RG353M had bounced the entire way from the shipper to my house, the left analog stick was only able to cover about 50% of the designed area making the unit useless as menu navagation and gameplay were affected.I powered off, worked the stick for a while, and now it has 100% coverage though I can hear a click/crunch in multiple areas (sounds almost like a Samsung phone camera shutter each time it passes a certail point) - in what would have been the dead area that does not happen on the right Analog stick. All other buttons work.I determined the "dead zone" problem by using the built-in controls test (2 different ones) that clearly showed the left stick only covering the top 50% of usable area - like the bottom half was not registering. This was initially not evident as I could start games, but then the controls did not work as expected...After manually exercising the left analog for a while it seems ok except for the "click" and no its not a down-press, its actually when the controller sweeps towards the bottom.I have not yet decided if I am going to return the unit for an exchange. I'd rather not as this is my second order - another vendor (not this one) switched from a committed overnight order to over 10 extra days so that one got cancelled.Otherwise the unit seems good - came with about 68% charge, boots into Linux by default and I tested booting to Android (F key + Power) - I did not play any games under Android yet however, but it seemed to be fine - set up networking, timezone, etc... on both O/S.I plan to install GarlicOS once I have a few min free.Other than the poor packing and potential damage as a result I would say I am happy with the unit - the blue color is beautiful, the "M" metal version is very comfortable and feels very sturdy, but the vendor needs to shape up and has unfortunately soured my experience.Even a simple piece of tape just sealing the Ambernic box would have gone a long way towards avoiding negligence on their part as the device has it's own thin dense foam packing that is pre-cut to protect the controls, but obviously it cant get bounced off the device and still do it's job of protecting. All other contents arrived ok - screen protector, USB cable, instructions, Screen cleaners to prep for the protector. I am not going to apply the protector until I decide whether I am going to keep or not. Not that it matters but the bottom of the Ambernic box is a little scuffed up - also presumably from doing the shipping dance with no precautions taken.

Love this thing!
I’m a little older and this has all the retro games I used to play back in the day, except for the “Mario” series. The battery life is pretty good and it feels good in the hands. It comes with a screen protector but the screen is a bit smaller than my older eyes might like. The buttons are well placed and easy to operate. The instructions are actually printed in English on one side so set up went well even though I’m not really computer literate. The best part is that it’s new, no one else has played it so I have the high score on all the games I love! Bwhahahaha! This thing rocks! If I need to change the review at some future point I will, but so far I absolutely love it!

Very small and variety pretty lacking
The product is decent the aluminum body makes it heavy but it would be the same In plastic the screen is small bout the size of a Gameboy color. The games are minimal mostly super nes and nes which comprise the bulk of the games for context Playstation only has bout 64 games and psp about 8 N64 has 6 compared to super nes 1100 games overall its ok I guess.

Runs seamlessly
The media could not be loaded. Tons of games to choose from, add your own if you wanna. It plays well, and the touchscreen is only in Android as it states. Although, while in linux you could choose to map the right stick and right stick press to touch screen controls for DS games.
