Does what it says. Easy once you get the hang of it. Seems decent quality and a competitive price for a recognised brand name

Too big for nissan car. If it was smaller would work better. But honestly better than just pliers. Think its for trucks. But it does hook the springs. Just doesnt feel precice and it feels like its by accident that the spring is pushed back into its place. This plus pliers works best. Feels like it will last a lifetime so maybe its a case of i just need more practice. YOU CAN DO IT! IF I CAN YOU CAN

I wouldn't bother.
Appears to be well made, but the end hook is too short and thick.

Look good
Struggles to sort the wife’s rear brakes last month, and it was so hard to put the spring back. Hopefully this specialist tool will help in future brake changes!

Useless.
It just doesn't work. It is impossible to get the hooked end behind the spring end as the tool is too thick / the space between the spring end and the shoe is too small. The only result is that the brake lining gets damaged.

Ingenius And Labour Saving!!
An ingenius and labour saving tool. I purchased this tool for brake return spring removal/installation and found it to be an excellent tool once mastered on how to use it. Could do with better instructions or some instructions as it is an awkward shape as to what goes where. An excellent tool all the same. Highly recommended !!Brake Shoe Spring Pliers
