Snapshot of leadership skills - easy to understand and relevant to everyone

I was hoping to smell the scent of optimism as I once heard it adveritsed but I guess it must've evaporated.As proposed though, it's a great idea for a present. I'm meaning to pass it on to a friend who could do with the professional motivation and is also learning English, so the succinct lines of inspiration are just for her.Also, the illustrations are lovely. I even decorated the first "To: From:" page to add a personal touch since it was left blank apart from these two words - perhaps intentionally.

I like reading Simon Sinek and was intrigued on what this book contained before I bought it. It has a quote or brief sentence on each page/double page. It's worth a read and full of excellent quotes - typical of Simon Sink in a positive way. I bought a used copy so not bad value - I would have felt a bit short changed if i'd paid full price.

I absolutely loved this book! As a 20 year old man, Simon books have completely changed my life. I have always struggled with finding my WHY in life & it completely messed with my head! I would focus on one task and lose sight of WHY I have even started it in the first place. Now I wake up every morning with a true sense of purpose that is greater than myself! This book is a must buy. Most of us live our lives by accident - we live as it happens. Fulfilment comes when we live our life on purpose!

An amazing short story about teamwork and resilience! A must on everyone’s bookshelf

I bought this book based on the interview on You Tube with the author. During which he said his intension was to create a book that couldn't be replicated on social media as it contained a specially created scent of "optimism". Well I was optimistic it would be a nice gift for my daughter as she enters the world of work but sadly its an expensive book of average illustrations with absolutely no smell, only "book" smell! Normally I'd send it back but frankly I can't be bothered. I wont be buying any more of Simon Sineks books.

A special gift, which will hopefully sow a seed which will germinate at a key moment in time to help shape the future of a small company that is well overdue for change... Here's hoping the message resonates with the giftee...
