It doesn't leave an after bitter taste like other brands (colgate/aquafresh) when eating or drinking. I usually buy this toothpaste for £4.09 at my healthstore and found this one cheaper - I notice now the price has increased a lot. Delivery was slow (a month) I wish I had bought a few. I am not sure if it whitens teeth since i haven't noticed a drastic difference - might depend on how well/often you brush. The paste is a transparent green colour with a refreshing minty taste. The greatest benefit is of course the lack of fluoride in it, of which I've read is pretty significantly bad for your health, and it calcifies the pineal gland in your brain, so you don't want to be consuming that.
