Q: As my Cast iron radiator stands on legs, I only have 100mm/4" from the floor to the nut on the bottom of the valve. will this fit. What is the depth.

This should work, the height of the tub is just over 70mm so would fit under the radiator if you have 100mm to work with.

Q: What volume of water does it hold?

The Plumb tub holds 1.4 litres of water.

Q: As there are only 3 holes how can this thing seal around a 10mm pipe and a 12mm pipe ? as the other 2 must be for 15mm and 22mm

The tub is very flexible with a raised shoulder on the holes which will give it some flexibility when going round the pipes. The smallest hole would cover the 10 & 12mm pipes.
