Good value lovely novelty hat
Great little Xmas novelty, bought for my 11 year old daughter's Xmas jumper day at school but she also used it for Xmas day and everyone else around the table had a try of it too. Some reviews have said that it is small fitting but it fit most of the people around our table adults and kids.It also stayed up well I thought with it having no structure on the inside it would sag but it didn't it stayed up well.The tinsel and little pom pom baubles did fall off as everyone was trying it on and being daft but it still looked like what it was supposed to be and didn't detract from it really. For the price it's brilliant, I'm going to buy a few different ones for Xmas day next year so everyone can have one, for how cheap they are, they are brill.

We got loads of compliments
It is tacky but funny looking but that is part of Christmas. It is something different. We used it for a Christmas community event and everyone was just wearing boring bobble hats. This is for someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously. It is suitable for a child and an adult with a smallish head. It could do with a band round the hat as it didn't fit great but it was ok for a non windy day. We may just add a band to it. We are in our 50s and it was nice fun and naff which is great. We had loads of compliments maybe because we were brave to wear it.We are going to be wearing this on our National Express coach trip. It makes a change from the boring Santa hats It didn't flop over and we liked the star. It is not for people with no sense of humour.

Not suitable for an adult
It's a shame, because this hat is actually quite nice and very festive and glittery. Of course, it was very cheap, so I should probably have known better, but it was shown being worn by an adult woman so I assumed it would at least come close to fitting me. However, not only didn't it fit well, it didn't fit at all, merely sitting on top of my head and not even coming down over the crown - and this was after I got my hair cut! Great for a child, and it is pretty well made, but it shouldn't be sold as suitable for any adult who has anything approaching a normal sized head! I ended up using as a Christmas decoration.

Great quality for price
Loved this, looked full, I've seen others which have a couple of half hearted twist of tinsel, this one made a great portable Christmas tree for work!
