The media could not be loaded. I am new to pressure canning and the instructions were detailed and well-written. I have made 14 quarts of green beans so far with 100% success! I used it on my glass top stove and it kept a consistent pressure throughout the process and did not damage my stovetop. I did watch several YouTube videos on pressure canning and that helped tremendously. I wish there were more videos of this particular cooker, but the Presto canner videos were the closest to this one. It is well-made and easy to clean. It is pretty loud, but I guess that is to be expected. I think they need to advertise replacement parts such as the gasket since that will eventually need to be replaced. Overall, I am very pleased with this canner and highly recommend!

I just got into hot water bath canning last summer and this kit is awesome for beginners. My sister in law and I canned tons of homemade pickles last summer using this kit! Everything is easy to use, easy to clean, and I feel like besides the jars and a big pot, there's not much else you need to get started if you're interested in canning your own veggies!

For the most part I loved everything in this set! It is fair quality and good set to start with. Most of it works easily. The jar gripper you have to really hold tightly to keep jar secured. For the price it is a good value. Size of funnel is wide for easy filling and less spillage.

This unit works SO Well! Very simple to learn and the customer support was excellent. I misplaced a vent for the 10 PSI and I got a response within a day for a replacement part.
