Is this compound removable after installation?

Well.....Yes and NOYes It is removable but it also wipes away everything with it. Everything as in all the letters and numbers on the chip.No as in it leaves a grey stain on your cooler and you littery have to scrub it with that mettalic sponge that comes with itUSE THIS ITEM FOR ONE THING AND ONE THING ONLY if you delid your CPU then this is THE cooling paste you have to use on the die of your CPU.For al your other needs just use mx4 its only 2 degrees hotter on all bechmarks and its safe to use

Is this better than Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut?

Cannot say as I havn't used conductonaut. This has lowered my temps by roughly 20 degrees though on my 7700k so it's pretty good.

I have a dell t 3600 and iam not sure if this paste is appropriate for my pc could you please help me ? I have the stock cpu cooler

It will work with between any cooler and the CPU but is not easy to apply and really it's overkill if you are not overlocking the CPU to the max and hitting very high temps.
