Patio Magic! Concentrate: Ideal Patios, Paths And Driveways (Kills Algae And Lichens), 5 Litres

I am very elderly but used this product 4 to 1 as directed . Spread over patio by watering can and left to dry. Result was a good clean patio and well satisfied with the product.

Cannot find the magic but works quite well

Very pleased with product, though it has gone up astronomically in price over a year..more than double. The packaging was a little too flimsy for such a weighty object...the sealing tape had come adrift and the top of the box was open...though the container was inside a polythene bag. I'm not sure what could be done about that.

I abandoned scouring the patio and drive with a jet washer over five years ago, only for the moss and dirt to come back within weeks. This concentrate works really well, I use it a little stronger than the pack suggests. A treatment in early spring of two passes of the spray clears all the moss from the patio and walls in a couple of weeks time. The driveway is less prone to moss so a treatment of the driveway and the patio again early summer ensures everything looks its best and stays that way until Winter. A late Autumn treatment ensures the drive stays clear an delays the patio moss for a couple of extra months. Its all a lot less stressful than the mucky and back aching job of JET WASHING, which in any case makes the whole thing worse by creating more microscopic pits where moss can grow.

I used as instructed and it didn't budge the black stains on the patio. Weather been perfect and no rain. So I obviously need something stronger. I will give it three stars as I swilled out the mix with a bit of water and used on less stained area and it actually came up nice and clean. So light stains I would say it works.

I have been using Patio Magic for years, it really brings your paving back to life. It does make the slabs dark in places which soon fades. I use at the start and end of the season and it’s really easy to apply.

Pretty good at cleaning the patio.

It’s doing its job brilliantly. The patio was neglected by the previous owner for years and looked awful and felt slippery. The conservatory roof was basically green. I didn’t care much about any specific applicants or sprays, filled an empty Karcher bottle with diluted solution and sprayed it as thick foam everywhere. After two days, all the green is gone. Yes, it’s still dirty, but I know what to clean now. It will not clean for you, obviously. I am very satisfied with the results.
