I regularly suffer from sinus and tension headaches. I was using over-the-counter medications like they were Tic Tacs, smearing my forehead with Apsercreme with lidocaine, and putting a bit of Vicks VapoRub under my nose for the menthol relief. These methods would work for a bit, but finding some relief was a lot of effort.This fits nicely around my head with the adjustable Velcro, and I am able to select the heat level and time before it automatically shuts off. The heat has been so helpful with the headaches and has encouraged my sinuses to drain. I even flipped it around so the heated part was on my jaw and the Velcro closure at the top of my head when I had a particularly stressful day with a lot of jaw clenching. It could conform around my jaw and place the heat in the right spot.The cord is nice and long, so you don't have to worry about being 6 inches away from a plug.I have yet to use it with the moisture option. I'm afraid I will never want to take the mask off once I try that.You aren't supposed to sleep with it on, but it does so well helping me relax the tension that it is hard to stay awake most of the time. I am able to put the mask on and put my glasses lightly over it so I can enjoy the healing heat and still watch television. I'm sure I look like a Wish version of Zorro or the masked man from The Princess Bride, but I do not care. Happiness and health over vanity :)

I just received this today and wanted to add a couple of observations that might help others.First, I have a big head (size 8 hat). It fits to your head via velcro and I'm able to wear it without any issues. This was one of my concerns. I could even wear my AirPods under the mask. If you wear glasses, though, you're kind of out of luck as the mask is form-fitting and glasses get in the way. I expected this so it's not an issue for me.It works very well. The default heat setting is medium, which is too much for me! But it will crank out the heat.The water mode involves spraying the inside of the mask with a water bottle (provided). I'm not sure just how effective this will be (plus you have to be careful about the electrical connections when you spray the mask). I just put a little water on it (2 pumps of the bottle) as I'm hesitant to put more. But even dry heat should help.Keep in mind that you have to use this plugged in (no battery pack), so if you want to move around while using it, you may want to look for one with a rechargable battery pack. I was aware of this and it's not an issue for me.So far, it seems like a good deal. I'll come back later and update this if it turns out to not be effective (which wouldn't really be a product defect in my mind).

So, this is amazing! I love heat when I have a cold. It doesn't get too warm. My only complaint is that it says moist heat. The way you make it moist is by spraying water on it. It works it just makes me nervous mixing it with electricity!

I purchased this for my Husband as he has Sinusitis, and the best thing I purchased for him. It's easy to use, great price for the product and I could say it's easy to use, fits great and definitely serves it purchase and I would purchase another one. It makes him feel great after using.

Just received this, this morning. My sinuses have been horrible with allergies. I also have chronic sinusitis 3-4 times a year. The mask is very comfortable, comes with very small water bottle, I used it for the moist heat twice today. One of the best Amazon fines in a long time!! You will love it.

Purchased to help with relief when suffering from headaches. It is comfortable but the heat doesn’t seem to be stable. It warms and then cools down quite a bit. I do like that with this option I can see while wearing mask. Overall, I’d skip and purchase something else.

The cold windy air here in NY really does a number on my sinuses and makes my face swell. Even when I get in the house, I have to make something hot to drink to warm up my face. I got this mask to help when I got the flu or when I need to knock the chill off. It really gets nice and hot on the high setting, so be careful. The timer feature is great. I can fall asleep with it and not worry about burning my face off lol. The mask is very comfortable and the velcro holds well. The cord is a decent length to reach while you on the couch or lying in bed. I wish they had a full size face version. Highly recommend.

Can the stars go above five? Well let me tell you after trying this product out for only 10 seconds I’d have given this all the Amazon stars possible. Just when I thought I might to drill a hole in my face to relieve pain, THIS product shows up at door. My toddler helped me open it and told me it was for bad guys. After putting it on, I understand his logic. But what he did not know was the magical sensation of power I felt after fastening the Velcro at the back of my head and hitting power on high heat. 10 seconds is all it took for me to feel like and look like Batman. If I had a cape, I could have accomplished so many mundane mom tasks as far as my cord would reach. Instead, I stood there basking in the most amazing product Amazon could ever provide. If anyone could point me in the direction of an outlet that can fit in my pocket so I never have to take this off, I’d appreciate it.
