Recommended for new moms!
I bought this DVD to help with postpartum recovery. I love it! It helped recover my pelvic floor (I was having issues with incontinence) and even after that has helped with tight hips and lower back pain. I'm pregnant again and haven't had issues with incontinence, lower back pain, or hip pain this time around. I'm hoping that my greater pelvic mobility will help with labor and delivery, but only time will tell. I recommend this DVD to anyone who has any sort of hip or pelvic problem or wants to recondition postpartum. If you have problems with incontinence, try it! It's helped me so much!

Very helpful video.
I really like Katy’s ideas and own several of her books. Sometimes, though, it is hard to visualize the movements she is suggesting just by what is recommended in the book. This video has been very helpful for me. I definitely recommend it.
