Too hard for dog with missing teeth
On the plus side and despite the price, it's great to find a chew that can be given to dogs with kidney disease. Unfortunately, being nearly 14 our dog has lost some teeth and he simply cannot chew through these however hard he tries - which is pretty heart-breaking because he so loved a good chew. (We've tried both sizes as well as the small treats which are just as hard and which he just gulps down.)
