Q: Can you rotate the feet for easy storage against a wall?

No. In order to rotate the feet, the bars would need to be removed, essentially taking the whole thing apart.

Q: Is there a video showing how to insert the start hand knob? I can’t get it to screw in as shown in the pictures.

This is a major flaw. They do not and will not fit. The non-threaded portion of the bolt is too long. You have to cut the bolts shorteryy or drill a hole through the wall to allow the bolt to pass through. I cut the bolt and it works.
