The diffuser came in a used condition, you can see and smell the oils that someone had already put in the device. Also the device is a lot smaller than I expected, really disappointed.

My wife and I love using essential oil diffusers. It really transforms our space into a tranquil nest in such a low-effort way for self-care bringing elements of wellness into our home. We brought one back from Thailand but it finally stopped working so we purchased two of these diffusers and we are really happy with them so far. The 7 different lighting modes also add such a wonderful ambiance. The appearance is really sleek and you can't even hear it running. The automatic shutdown is a great feature as well, we don't have to worry about it overheating or burning out. We keep one on each floor and the diffuser evenly disperses the particles at a comfortable concentration that's easy to breathe and doesn't overbear the room. Great for your home or a gift.

Pretty ceramic, feels expensive which is nice. HOWEVER it makes such a loud sharp beeping noise every time you turn it on/off, set the duration (nice that it has a duration setting though), or change the lighting. Returning it for this reason bc the beeping ruins the vibe for meCompared it to my existing Pure brand diffuser! I like Pure betterI think you can change the brightness of the light but it’s not that bright.

Loved it while it worked, I got the Big Dipper stars ceramic white diffuser. It was cute and easy to use. I used it maybe 3-4 times a week, but just tonight it died on me completely and nothing I did would turn it back on. Checked cord, outlet, cleaned it out, pressed power repeatedly. Dead. So that is disappointing.
