Hi does the gate lock with the key on each side. Looking at the picture it does not show this

Hi - yes the the key opens / locks the gate from both sides.Good quality product and very well manufactured - highly recommended.

Hi would the 70mm cylinder work on a 75mm thick door?

it will be 5 mm short and will be recessed into the door but it will function. Its a great lock for gates

what are the dimentions of the bolt? Height and Depth?

Looking through the description it does give you the overall dimensions. Just scroll down and they are there. Was a good piece of hardware but I used a different one.

I was thinking of fitting this lock to my wrought iron run in gates, are there shorter key barrels for them i would require 40mm

Hi. There are 2 sizes available. 70mm & 50mm.
