Good product
First time ordered sleeping melting strips, got it for 494rs, 30 strips, a bit expensive for a month, if works then good, ingredients look good, packaging can be better, also product i received was of 2023 in 2025 which is a concern.

It actually worked
I’ve been struggling with poor sleep for a while, and after trying a few things, I ordered this Panchamrit Melatonin supplement. Took one strips around 30 minutes before bedtime, and it really helped me feel relaxed and fall asleep faster. No grogginess in the morning either, which is a big plus.
