It can be difficult deciding which book of logic puzzles to purchase on a limited budget. The customer reviews really help, but we’re all different, with varying ways of deciphering the clues. That’s where this book really delivers!The aids and examples provided at the beginning of the book are the best I’ve ever seen in over thirty years of doing logic puzzles. They alone are worth the price of the book, especially the Advanced Tips. Honestly, unless you breeze through every logic puzzle you encounter, you should buy this book!As for the puzzles themselves, I’m over halfway through, and I’ve found the ones I’ve completed thus far to be engaging and challenging, a few being very difficult where I had to set them aside and return another day. I especially enjoyed that the difficulty level of each puzzle isn’t labeled, nor are they in any particular order of difficulty.If you are addicted to logic puzzles, you NEED this book! I will purchase every logic puzzle book produced by this small, family-owned business in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this book!

The lay out of this and the other logic puzzle books by this company is very high quality. It's clear and easy to fill out. I have always enjoyed logic puzzles, but I am getting older and I started doing them again in recent years to keep my brain active. I've tried many different ones and this company makes the best by far. The puzzles are hard but clear enough that they can be completed without having to guess at anything or without having to be a genius. For me, they are fun and challenging yet not frustratingly hard! The material is very interesting and varied. I wish they had more of them!

The creativity with the food theme makes these puzzles stand apart from the random logic puzzle collections in other books. However, two of the puzzles, numbers 42 and 43 are unsolvable. These two puzzles either have at least one incorrect clue or answer keys. Having unsolvable puzzles in a logic puzzle book that should be completely solvable is not okay.

Great, reasonably priced puzzles for grid logic aficionados. Very solvable but not condescendingly simple, attractive layout. Step by step solving explanations might be nice, but haven’t needed thus far. Would definitely purchase like book again.

There is a typo in puzzle 42. I caught it when I realized some of my responses didn’t match the key, but had to go back to correct it so I could complete the puzzle.

Not a fan at all. Perhaps I'm used the way other puzzles are written, or maybe the others I've done are "too easy," but I don't like how these clues are written, don't like how every puzzle has 1-2 phrases of "either A or B was C or D," and a lot of 1-clue phrases like John did not have 16 sandwiches. I even feel like the grids are set up incorrectly and make it hard to solve, too. Much bigger fan of Suzanne High's logic puzzles (which still stump me and make me use my brain!) and will be going back to those...I just wish there were more to choose from. These ones have frustrated me and have not been fun to (try) to solve, which is disappointing - I thought the food and drink theme would be fun.

If you have a logic puzzle itch, this book will scratch it. However, I do not find the cover or the puzzles to be aesthetically pleasing. Also, I found the methods for solving the puzzles to be repetitive. Nonetheless, I appreciated the themes of the puzzles, they varied and satisfied the foodie in me. I just wish the puzzles would have differed or been expounded on.
