The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have not actually tried it in a disabled-access toilet yet, but other than that, it appears well made, using decent materials, the delivery was extremely quick and it seems great value for money.

I'm so glad I invested in this, it's a most useful item. But just one thing - there are no instructions included as to how to use the key, and I was very fortunate that the first time I needed to use it, there was someone else 'in the queue' who was able to help. So just some simple instructions if you're buying: it doesn't work like a conventional 'key' where you put the key in the lock, turn and then use a handle to open the door. You put the key in as normal, turn it as far as horizontal and then pull the door towards you, using the key as a lever. That's where having the large 'head' for gripping comes in. Simple when you know how! But definitely worth having if you need to use disabled toilets.
