Listen to your recipes. This is not the same flavor profile as rice vinegar. It is better.
I couldn't find this in my local stores and my recipe was adamant about using this versus rice vinegar/mirin. It was worth it. Definitely a different flavor profile. I don't like plastic bottles, but that's a me thing. There was no damage/leaking during shipment. Label was in english as well. I will definitely purchase again.
