Works well for hot drinks, non toxic, seals fairly well. Have had a handful of leaks at the seal when the drink has soaked through for a bit. Hot to handle without a hot pad or towel when full.

I bought these bowls, because they are true planet savers. Made from plant based materials, and resins. Not petroleum based like the major brands. These bowls are real sturdy too. Used some hot soup, and hot cereal in them. Not real big, but good enough for snacks and such. Get quie a few for the price.

Really like these environmentally friendly coffee cups. So far no leaking issue but not great for keeping drinks hot.

Last year we got surprised when a hurricane came through our area and knocked the power out for three days. That sent me on a mission to find every possible item I could that would be useful for a time like that. Since it’s safer to preserve as much of your running water as possible during a power outage I looked around for products that I wouldn’t have to wash, like disposable dinnerware, cups, lids, and cutlery. I was concerned though about what I would be throwing away, which led me to compostable products. Though I bought this item during the summer of last year I didn’t try it until recently. I wanted some sleeves and it was a good thing that I bought some before trying these cups. To be fair I only tried one, as a test, and to even up how many would be left. For two people I would need twenty-six cups and lids. After making my coffee in a different cup I poured it into one of these and the cup held up perfectly. No leaking, or collapsing. However, be warned: these get hot. That is why I’m glad to have waited until I bought the cup sleeves. And the lid fit well too. What I don’t like is, once the lid is placed on the cup, you may have to tear it to get it off. So prepare your beverage of choice before putting the lid on. And the cups are reusable if you can do without a lid. I think these were worth my money. That’s why I intend to buy more.

Horrible quality. Thin and the top edge bends so easily that the top won't stay on. Top came off very first use as I was trying to put it in my cup holder in car. Coffee spilled everywhere in my car.

I love that they are recyclable but I don't like that they are too thin to actually insulate the hot coffee from being too difficult to hold. I ordered heavier & ribbed disposable paper coffee cups that protect your hands.

The cups were great for what we needed them for. My only complaint is the lids were not very secure
