The grape taste is a put-off for me. They are easy to chew and digest. Husband swears by them but I couldn’t see/feel improvement in energy

I've been using gummy style chewables because of difficulty swallowing tablets and especially capsules so I decided to try these since they have a higher mg strength as well. They didn't skimp on the grape flavoring, you can definitely taste it, but I just don't think grape is the best way to mask the beets. For me it's barely tolerable and quite overpowering.

I'm taking it because I bought 2 bottles and it is good for me. But the taste is awful! Hard to swallow as they are chalky texture. I have found that lemon water will cut the taste after swallowed

These taste great! I have high blood pressure and have been trying to do bring it down. I'm not sure if these Beet chews have any impact or not - as I have been doing other things as well. I was already exercising 3 to 4 days a week, running from 12-15 miles a week. I've added breath work to my routine and I'm taking an average of 3 blood pressure readings over 15 minutes. I have moved from all stage 2 readings to mostly stage 1 readings. I love this product! Since it’s chewable it’s works faster to get my pressure down. Even if my pressure is really high I can take another dose in an hour to get it all the way down. No stomach problems with it either.

These are great not sure how they’re working with my blood pressure because I haven’t been to the doctor yet but I have everyone on my job taking them. they all talk about how much energy they have since they started taking beet root. Love them so far.
