I received my new mini PC right on time, just as promised. Everything was well-packaged and in perfect condition upon arrival. I'm just starting to use it, but so far, it's working great and meeting my expectations.

Let me start by finding something negative to say. It came without instructions or documentation of any sort.It turns out that I didn't need anything, I found some cloning software from Laplink and copied 90% of my old computer to this little guy. Microsoft 365 Outlook was not an easy transfer, and I needed to spend time with Microsoft tech support to get in installed correctly.The computer is outstanding, fast and silent and currently attached to the back of one of my dual 27-inch monitors. It gives me much greater speed and response than my old Dell while at the same time freeing up a ton of desk space.The attached photograph is not very good, but it shows the computer and power supply attached to the monitor.

Very satisfied with this product. I had sent 3 other mini pcs back for they did not perform as expected. This one worked perfectly right out of the box. I don't regularly leave reviews but just had to this time

This is the second one of these I have purchased. The first one was returned to Amazon for the same problem. From what I found on the Internet, Intel is aware that the chip controlling the Ethernet connector has problems, but has so far not found a fix. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. When I had the first one connected through an Ethernet switch with other devices, the connector worked. I found the second also worked on the switch but only at 80Mbps. When I removed the other devices, the NUC connector quit working with an error message that the cable wasn't connected. Otherwise, the NUC is a neat replacement for my old tower desktops which is why I didn't give it one star.UPDATE:After talking with the seller, I was able to find a work around that gives me an Ethernet connection that runs at about 600Mbps, which is the speed of my AT&T router. The seller, The Intel Store, was very helpful through the process. Definitely worth 5 stars.

I researched and for the money this beats buying another bulky desktop or expensive laptop that is too big to lug around. It arrived fast and I have used it for 2 months and have had no issues. Once setup is complete (which is easy with win 11 installed) this small but powerful computer is particularly suited for school or business. It can play all the games I enjoy as well. With 32gb and a responsive SSD of 1 TB you have plenty of space to crunch data and storage to last a good long while. 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports give you LOTS of docking and upgrade options. Mount it on the back of your monitor and give yourself plenty of desk real estate.As a pc user for over 30 years, I can say I am more than satisfied with the purchase. Highly recommended!

Let me set the stage, novice user, I was looking for something small and quiet and this checked both boxes. Unboxing, physically transferring a 2.5" 4TB SSD from my old machine to this, connected Ethernet, keyboard, mouse, printer, Anker USB hub, and monitor. Plugged it in and fired it up, let windows 11 complete all its updates, installed Audials, MediaMonkey, and MS Office. start to finish all this took two hours. It now sits 2 feet away on my desk and I can't even hear it running! Honestly, I don't think anyone could expect more, as the headline says, "Extremely Satisfied".

Purchased from Geekplus. The item was packaged well and worked great upon arrival. I had a question and the seller was quick to support. I like: 1) Small form factor 2) Powerful enough for my daily tasks, and and 3) Value in the price. I also like that it can be upgraded and that it’s portable.

I have spent more money fixing this computer than it cost to purchase. Most recent example, latest Microsoft Windows update caused computer to lock-up. This has happened before and I will not be wasting any more money to repair it. Computer was only used to do wordprocessing and slide show presentation. Not worth a dime!
